Type between 30 to 60 cwpm.
Strong ability to multi-task.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is not a requirement, but favorable.
This position is for an assistant in the estimating department of a mid size commercial general contractor located in North Pinellas County. We are looking for a bright, highly energetic candidate that has excellent phone skills, is a self starter, has great customer service skills and works well as a member of a team. General construction knowledge will be helpful but is not a requirement.
The responsibilities for this position will be to support the estimating staff in the preparation of bids and proposals; solicitation of subcontractors, suppliers and vendors, while maintaining and organizing office documents and general information for the estimating department. Training of the selected individual will be provided.
Location: North Pinellas County
