**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Automotive Service Advisor with GM experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing repair order metrics, and improving CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Greet customers and assist them in diagnosing vehicle issues.

2. Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.

3. Generate repair orders accurately and efficiently using dealership software.

4. Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs.

5. Monitor repair order metrics such as hours per repair order (HPRO), gross profit, and customer wait time.

6. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.

7. Maintain a clean and organized service advisor workstation.

**Qualifications:**

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive service advisor, preferably with GM vehicles.

2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding repair order metrics and CSI targets.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.

5. Proficiency in dealership software and computer systems.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

7. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
