Job Purpose:

Secure Rights of Entry (ROE) and marketing agreements to deploy and monetize fiber optic based cabling and infrastructure into commercial and residential multi-tenant units (MDU/MTU). Proactively reach out to property owners/managers, property management companies, and investment companies to explain the need for Alta Fiber/HT to upgrade communications infrastructure within buildings/campuses. Coordinate upgrade scheduling, resolve any questions or issues, and serve as the primary relationship point of contact with the MTU/MDU.

Essential Functions:

• Obtain Rights of Entry & marketing agreements (ROE) (60%)

• Meet with property and association owners/managers to secure a ROE for fiber optic infrastructure upgrades Conduct presentations, attend meetings, and answer questions as required to obtain a ROE

• Project coordination and relationship development (40%)

• Work with the internal engineering, project, construction, and installation teams to coordinate on-site access with the MTU/MDU Develop a trusted partnership with the property owners Refer opportunities for additional revenue to the appropriate sales channels Provide appropriate technical and product advice to property clients upon request

Education:

Two years of College or Technical School resulting in an Associate's Degree or equivalent

Relevant Work Experience:

2 to 3 years

Commercial and/or residential property management
