Position Summary Works closely with the Executive Management team in developing the strategies for the branchdelivery system, and managing the projects related to branches. Responsible for directing the effortsof multiple cross-functional project teams to achieve clearly defined results for medium and high-complexity enterprise projects. Develops project work plans, assembles project teams, and managesexpectations, deliverables and results of all internal and external project resources. Tracks projectmilestones and makes necessary adjustments to the project plan or resources to in order to meetproject commitments. Manages the change process for each assigned project and communicatesproject status and risks to all project stakeholders. Qualifications/Experience At least four years of related experience in Project Management.Knowledge of at least one industry standard core banking system.Knowledge of at least one project management software program or spreadsheet software.Knowledge of project management principles.Knowledge in working with a core banking system in the financial industry.Planning, organizing, directing, and controlling.Strong problem-solving abilities.Solid organizational abilities and attention to detail.Ability to operate all related computer hardware and software.Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Salary Range Minimum - $69,092Maximum - $110,546
