This position is part-time (around 20 hours per week) with a rotating week on-call.

Havenwood Academy is looking for a conscientious and personable individual to join their team as a nurse (RN) working with teen girls who are trauma survivors. This job is less like a hospital nursing position, and more like a school nurse position. Our medical team is composed of three nurses who work together to accomplish the department needs.

The job duties for this position include:

• Coordinate and facilitate ongoing medical care for all clients
• Triage client medical needs as they appear.
• Arrange for external medical treatment when necessary.
• Ensure medications are available for clients as needed at the homes.
• Test and record patient vitals in intervals required by licenses and accreditations.
• Ensure medical records are up-to-date.
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Adhere to professional standards as required by professional license
• Maintain appropriate boundaries with clients
• Maintain current demographic and insurance documents
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a TB test
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• LPN or RN

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $31.00 - $34.00 per hour
