Position Title: Lead Technician

Reports to (Role): COO

Key Stakeholder Operations

Relationships: Builders, Designers, Architects, Designers, Customers

Role Purpose: Supervisory field role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams in the performance of structured cabling, trim and final component installation for custom integration projects that include AV, integrated controls, lighting and shading, security and networking.
• Provide all required on-site coordination and communication with our builder, customers and management.
• Responsible for managing the crew while on-site.
• Completes work orders such as installing equipment, configuring devices, calibrating videos displays, calibrating dedicated theater audio systems, configuring of OVRC and supporting networking equipment.
• Installs, starts up and shuts down equipment in accordance with company safety procedures.
• Responsible for company van/property. This encompasses van inventory, van cleanliness and van maintenance.
• Manage projects from beginning to end including final walk through with client.
• Motivates and works with others to meet customer needs.
• Assist with project as needs.
• Qualifications
• 5 years field experience as a lead tech
• Experience leading a field crew
• Control4 programming experience
• Vaild driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to inspire others to achieve results
• Strong communication skills
• Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
