Job Overview:

This position requires sales skills, experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Havenly Showers, a leading provider of premium shower products and installs, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team in Chattanooga, TN. Responsibilities:

• - Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to understand their needs and preferences.
• - Provide product demonstrations and explain the features and benefits of our shower products.
• - Close sales and meet or exceed targets.
• - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, services, and industry trends.

Duties:

- Develop relationships and partnerships with contractors, real estate agencies, construction and property development groups to drive sales and build a consistent revenue stream.

- Conduct outbound sales activities, including making cold calls to potential customers, as well as in-person visits

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products or services

- Provide product information and demonstrate features to customers

- Prepare estimates based on customer needs and project dimensions

- Recommend appropriate products or services based on customer requirements

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized showroom

- Assist in inventory management and project estimates

- Collaborate with management and marketing to meet sales targets and goals

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Proficient in retail math for pricing and discounts calculations

- Proven track record in sales with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets

- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and sales records

- Experience with Salesforce is preferred, but not required

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues

We offer competitive pay for our Salespeople, with plenty of room to grow and earn. You will start with a guaranteed weekly rate of $500 for the first month with commission and will convert to strictly commission-based after the first month of employment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
