Job Description:The PDN Float nurse will deliver skilled nursing services and perform related divisional teaching/visit duties to ensure the highest quality of care for children with specialized healthcare needs.

• Develops and maintains on-going relationships with management, department staff, case workers, patients, and family members in order to best meet the needs of clients. 
• Ensures that delivery of nursing services is compliant with company/state policies.
• Available resource person to other health team members in the identification and fulfillment of patient needs.
• Maintains liaison with the community’s health-related resources.
• Prepare and submit timely written documentation as required by policy.

• Graduate of approved School of Professional Nursing 
• Current state Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse license.
• Pediatric nursing experience required.
