Nurse Responsibilities
· The Nurse is to Provide health care services in patients residence
· The Nurse is to Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital as needed
· The Nurse is to Administer simple prescribed medications
· The Nurse is to Assist with clients personal care activities
· The Nurse is to Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition
· The Nurse is to Maintain patients care records and document provided services as needed
· The Nurse is to Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises as needed
· The Nurse is to Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
Requirements/Skills
- Nursing License in the state of Arizona
- Minimum of 1 year of Nursing experience (required)
- Good Communication and Problem Solving skills
- Valid Drivers license/Auto Insurance with clean driving record
- Valid CPR Card
