As an LPN and under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, the LPN provides direct patient care to patients from admission to discharge and maintains a safe and efficient working and treatment environment per facility policies and procedures. The LPN communicates effectively with the treatment team to ensure safe, quality care is provided to all patients.
EDUCATION REQUIRED: Graduate of an accredited LPN program. And valid ARIZONA LPN licensure.
EXPERIENCE: 2 years’ experience as a LPN preferred with one-year behavioral health care experience.
