*Guest Services works under the direction of all management. They are essential in providing top guest service to all visiting the Park. The Concierge will greet the Guests upon entering the building, being the first point of contact. The Concierge will help the Guests determine where they should go to accomplish the fun they are going to have, help book Go Karts, use of the kiosks, and general information.*

**Roles and Responsibilities**
This specific job description covers the basic function, qualifications, requirements, working conditions, and skills necessary, but not limited to the successful fulfillment of this position in accordance to the standards of the company.
Greets guests and helps with use of kiosks
Helps guests book Go Kart heats and purchase items from the kiosk to include wrist bands, game cards, etc
Provides accurate pricing details to our guests for all of the aforementioned activities
Knowledge of all computers and POS systems
Knowledge of Game Zone and all activities offered in the Park
Take reservations as requested by management
Cleans up common
Will sweep and vacuum, wipe down all areas of the center, when needed
Will provide all Guests a warm genuine greeting-must understand the center pricing guidelines
Provides Guests with a menu or other promotional material seasonally requested
Encourage participation to all guests for all activities offered
Communicates to management, on regular basis, any customer feedback provided
Ensures that all opening and closing checklists are completed on every shift
Directs Guests throughout the Park and provides assistance when needed
Thank departing Guests and invites them back
Other duties as assigned
**Other Roles that may be asked of you include, but are not limited to:**
Clean windows and floors
Keeping all bathrooms clean
Helping to set up small and large parties, Group Events and Buyouts
Take out trash
Mop Floor
Providing Teamwork when needed in any area of Center
Represent Fast Trax Entertainment positively at all times, including verbiage and dress standards
Follow Safety Standards put forth by the Company
Attend specialized training classes when appropriate, complete continued training courses as necessary
