Job Description : Nell’ambito del rafforzamento del proprio team, Havas Media Network è attualmente alla ricerca di un STAGE - Media Expertise Assistant. Il candidato sarà inserito nel team di Media Expertise dove si occuperà di supportare il gruppo nella gestione degli aspetti più operativi. Nello specifico le attività riguarderanno lo svolgimento delle seguenti mansioni: Supporto alla creazione/valutazione di pacchetti Radio, TV Lineare, TV Non Lineare, TV Fuori Casa; Gestione prenotazioni dei pacchetti TV e Radio; Caricamento dati analitici; Caricamento e gestione del flusso dei contratti fornitori e degli accordi con le concessionarie; Confronto con le concessionarie per l’organizzazione di presentazioni di aggiornamento per l’intera agenzia. Requisiti essenziali: · Laurea in Economia/Marketing; · Conoscenza di base dei principali indicatori media; · E' requisito fondamentale un'ottima conoscenza di Excel (Pivot); · Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office; · Attitudine al problem solving e a lavoro di team; · Discreta conoscenza della lingua inglese; · Buone doti relazionali.
