Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various settings. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently. This role will be a 1099 contracted position.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Follow cleaning procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed

- Attention to detail: Ability to thoroughly clean and sanitize various surfaces
- Time management: Efficiently complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
- Physical stamina: Ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry heavy objects for extended periods of time
