Responsibilities:
- Perform various landscaping tasks such as planting, pruning, and maintaining trees and shrubs
- Assist with the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools necessary for landscaping work
- Assist with irrigation system installation and maintenance
- Participate in groundskeeping duties such as mowing, edging, and weeding
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques and practices
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively and safely
- Familiarity with tree care and trimming techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Note: Prior experience in landscaping or related field is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
