We are seeking a Temporary Full time or part time office/ parts room assistant. Preference is given to those who have experience in the diesel industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff
- Perform clerical duties such as answering phone calls and taking messages.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Greet, assist and checkout visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain filing systems and organize documents
- help establish and maintain a clean and organized office space.
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments
- Use tekmetric to create invoices and estimates and keep track of parts inventory.
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs occasionally.
- Ability to perform twisting, turning, and bending motions
- Computer knowledge. Excel, word etc.
