As a Finance Manager, you hold a pivotal role in our organization, overseeing a diverse array of responsibilities essential for our financial health and operational efficiency.
Leading a team of 9 members, you ensure the integrity of our financial records and guide strategic decision-making. Your proactive support in enhancing IT tools and providing operational assistance ensures smooth day-to-day operations.
Adept at analyzing financial data, you offer valuable insights to drive performance improvement initiatives. Collaborating closely with other management controllers, you spearhead cross-functional projects and contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes. Your meticulous validation of financial statements and adherence to reporting deadlines ensure accuracy and compliance.
In your leadership capacity, you navigate complex challenges, identify risks, and capitalize on opportunities to optimize our financial performance.
Managing team responsibilities, you ensure the reliability of the figures reported to management, optimizing resources and acting as a true business partner.

Profil
The ideal candidate for this role possesses a higher education degree in Finance/Accounting and a proven track record in industrial management control. Demonstrating reliability, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities, he/she excels in teamwork and project management, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with U.S. regulatory requirements is essential, with fluency in English; speaking French is advantageous.
With a minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, he/she exhibits strong industrial analysis skills and the ability to implement action plans. Leadership and capacity to convey financial information operationally are key attributes sought in candidates.
