Haul ATX is Hiring a Mover Near Austin, TX
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Mover to join the team in Austin! As a Mover, you will play a critical role in safely and efficiently relocating our clients' belongings. If you have experience as a mover, are a reliable team player, and are committed to delivering excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
We will be looking for a driver in the summer, which means we'll either have to hire from outside or promote from within. We prefer to promote from within. Haul ATX is a new moving company and this is a chance to get in early to be able to move up into a leadership position.
Responsibilities:
- Safely load and unload items onto and off of the moving truck
- Pack and wrap items for transport to prevent damage
- Drive the moving truck to and from locations as required
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and answering questions
- Work closely with team members to ensure efficient move operations
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations to prevent accidents or injuries
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 75 pounds)
- Prior experience as a mover or similar position is required
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude are a must-have
- Ability to work flexible hours and on weekends as required
Compensation:
As a Mover, you will be paid a competitive hourly rate based on your experience. Tips are split evenly with all movers on-site!
