Hauk Custom Pools is Hiring a Pool Construction Scheduler Near Celina, TX
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring that construction projects are completed on time.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to schedule their work and ensure their timely involvement in the construction process.
- Communicate with inspectors and regulatory agencies to schedule necessary inspections and permits.
- Must be able to communicate with clients on start dates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and files.
- Provide support to other departments and team members as needed, demonstrating a willingness to assist with various tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in project scheduling and construction coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Rate is $18- $20 DOE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
