Position Summary:

We’re currently looking for an ambitious and creative Marketing Coordinator who can helpgenerate awareness of Hatteras’ core solution lines and optimize our organization’s digital marketing programs.

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing/Content Creation:

• Develop and track digital marketing activities that are designed to drive engagement with our target audiences
• Create impactful written and visual content to be used across digital and offline marketing channels including social media, websites, events, marketing/sales collateral, and presentations
• Write in a style that brings our business to life through effective, concise storytelling targeted to different business audiences
• Update Hatteras’ website to more effectively represent current and new service offerings
• Create and deploy email promotions through Mailchimp
• Actively manage and update Hatteras’ blog and client portfolio on our website
• Monitor online and competitive trends to identify opportunities to better distinguish the company

Project Management:

• Manage the complete lifecycle of marketing campaigns (planning, execution, measurement) for social media, email, blog posts and websites updates
• In collaboration with the CMO, develop and execute go-to-market plans, building the content marketing strategy to support them
• Maintain detailed project schedules and keep track of competing deadlines
• Oversee internal creative resources and external agencies

Sales Enablement:

• Support the creation of content for client presentations and proposals
• Maintain a library of client projects to be used as sales tools
• Create and maintain library of client testimonials
• Develop market-specific decks, one-sheets and other sales aids
• Update and maintain library of printed samples for use as sales tools

Skills & Qualifications:

• Passion for identifying content opportunities to drive brand awareness
• Solid understanding and experience with digital marketing platforms
• Strong social media marketing skills
• Ability to successfully manage projects from beginning to end
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to write in different styles
• Experience creating and managing content calendars
• Knowledge of web analytics
• Graphic design skills a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive, goal-driven attitude
• 2-3 years marketing or agency experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or English
