As the face of Hat Creek, you will be expected to provide outstanding customer service to all customers. You will be responsible for greeting customers with enthusiasm, walking them through the order-taking process, ensuring the order is taken accurately, and meeting any other customer needs that arise. Team Members also are responsible for bussing, cleaning, and maintaining the dining area.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet every customer, following Hat Creek Team Member's best practices
• Accurately take customer orders on Point of Sale machine
• Provide excellent customer service
• Ensure front-of-house is clean and maintained
• Proper cash handling and register responsibilities
• Completion of checklists
• Provide excellent customer service
• Some coaching/training of new hires
