Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding codes standards
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment using various welding techniques
- Operate and maintain welding equipment, including plasma cutting machines and press brake machines
- Perform machining tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality assurance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Skills:
- Proficient in MIG and TIG welding techniques
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of metal fabrication processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Experience with soldering and brazing techniques
- Familiarity with various welding materials, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
- Knowledge of machining tools and equipment

- Experience with woodworking / milling a plus

- Construction experience - specifically custom residential - a plus

- Comprehensive knowledge of shop operations, custom fabrication processes, and professional customer / client interaction.

Excellent communication skills and a professional demeaner are big pluses. Bi-lingual English -Spanish helpful.

Pay: $26.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
