Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ERP Analyst to join our team. As an ERP Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing ERP systems to meet the organization's needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration and utilization of ERP software.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within the ERP system
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements
- Design and configure ERP modules to align with business needs
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and data integrity
- Provide end-user training and support during system implementation and post-go-live phases
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues, working closely with technical teams as needed
- Collaborate with vendors to implement system upgrades and enhancements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ERP systems
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably in [specific ERP software]
- 8 years of ERP platform experience
- Cloudsuite Industrial ERP experience
- Experience working with Infor SyteLine Enterprise Resource Planning
- Solid understanding of computer science principles and database management
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into functional requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
