As a Cold Calling/Digital Sales Representative for our dynamic web design company, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by reaching out to potential clients through cold calls. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce our cutting-edge website design services, understand the needs of prospective clients, and convert these opportunities into sales. This role demands a highly motivated individual with exceptional communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Utilize various strategies to generate leads, including market research and databases, to identify potential clients in need of website design services.
• Cold Calling: Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients, introduce our services, and create interest in our web design offerings.
• Sales Presentations: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services and how they meet the specific needs of potential clients.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
• Meeting Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback from potential clients to enhance service offerings. Report weekly/monthly on the status of sales activities and achievements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, with a preference for those with experience in website design sales or a related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and close sales.
• Strong listening and presentation abilities.
• Ability to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client.
• Knowledge of web design, digital marketing, and the overall digital landscape is a plus.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related tools.
