We are currently seeking a Business Analyst - Wealth Management - Remote to join our team Remotely in the US.

Job Duties:

• Participating in daily scrum stand ups, backlog grooming and refinement sessions, sprint planning meetings and sprint review and retrospective meetings
• Supporting the product owners in maintaining the product backlog and scheduling next release
• Understanding the requirements and writing user stories, use cases
• Interact with Dev team, QA team, Data Analyst, and Data architects.
• Participates in requirement and design review meetings to stay informed of potential impact to change in requirements.
• Participates in project meetings, requirements reviews & walkthroughs as needed.
• Support UAT, production incident resolution

Required Experience:

• 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst/SME with at least 5 years in portfolio performance management experience ( Wealth Management)
• Experience of working in an Agile environment, well versed in writing user stories.
• Experience with Agile fast paced weekly/ bi-weekly iterations projects
• Highly proficient in the areas of requirement gathering and creating Use Cases, Use case diagrams, Workflow Diagrams.
• Review and translate business requirements / user stories into report requirements.
• Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, data mapping is an added advantage
• Experience in Supporting User Acceptance Testing, creating User Manual and User Training.
• Well acquainted with Software Development Life Cycle, Testing Life Cycle, and Business Process Management.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving, communication and presentation skills with a strong desire to achieve specified goals
Bachelor’s Degree

Good to have Skills:

• Experience with JIRA
• Experience of working with development teams
Certified in Agile (Scrum/ Kanban)
