Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the parts department, including inventory control, data entry, and order management system.
- Ensure accurate and timely procurement of parts from suppliers.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to optimize stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete parts.
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts for HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with parts inquiries, pricing, and availability.
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse management practices.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing parts management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and practices.
- Proficient in data entry and order management systems.
- Familiarity with HVAC, Electrical and/or Plumbing repair processes and terminology.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and suppliers.
- Ability to effectively manage supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage a large inventory of parts.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues related to procurement, inventory, and customer inquiries.
Note: This position requires working in a warehouse environment and may involve lifting heavy objects.
