Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team. As a Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of landscape projects. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of landscape maintenance and construction.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality work
- Plan and execute landscape projects, including groundskeeping, garden installations, tree care, irrigation systems, and lawn maintenance
- Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations
- Train and mentor team members on proper landscaping techniques and safety protocols
- Monitor project progress to ensure timelines are met and work is completed within budget
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, construction, and supervising teams
- Strong knowledge of landscaping principles, techniques, and materials
- Proficient in operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
