Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Service Writer to join our Marine Dealership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance and marine service management. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Interact with customers to determine their service needs and provide recommendations
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and services based on customer inquiries
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work orders
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service updates and completion times
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history

Qualifications:

- Experience in service management or related field
- Mechanical knowledge preferred
- Proficiency in estimating and vehicle maintenance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
