Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Transactional Attorney to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of matters and collaborate with a team of experienced legal professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, deeds, leases, and estate planning documents; consulting with clients; performing legal research.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar of Virginia
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
