Responsibilities:

• Managing Mobile Devices: Assist in the management of mobile devices, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Tech Support on IT Infrastructure at Yards: Provide technical support for IT infrastructure at various locations, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Training Employees on Software: Conduct training sessions to educate employees on software applications and tools, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to effectively utilize them in their roles.
• IT Support: Respond to and resolve IT-related inquiries and issues from employees, providing timely assistance and troubleshooting to minimize disruptions to workflow.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for technology and a desire to learn and develop new skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience or education in IT support is preferred but not required.
