Position Objective

Position Objective:

The Pricing Analyst will be a key contributor in the organization’s pricing process to help deliver consistent and profitable outcomes. Works in partnership with Business Development and Operations with a primary focus on gathering the appropriate and necessary data to create pricing for current and prospective clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyzes pricing requirements for large, national facilities service bids
  • Involved in calculating adjustment pricing due to off cycle variables such as change in economic and/or customer conditions
  • Plans and constructs excel spreadsheet pricing models for cost components of service delivery
  • Assists Business Development with pricing spreadsheets
  • Responsible for coordinating the distribution and collection of RFP data with Business Development and Operations in order to proceed to pricing component of the bid process
  • Coordinates and plans facility walk-throughs as part of the bidding and pricing process
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or additional experience in lieu of degree
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Robust math skills
  • Time management skills with the ability to work with multiple deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally
  • Self-starter with excellent dependability and integrity

Compensation

Harvard is offering a competitive salary structure including benefit package with medical, dental, life, and long-term disability (LTD) insurance along with 401K Savings Plan.
