Harvard Partners, LLP, Trusted Advisors to IT is Hiring a Helpdesk Analyst Near Riverside, RI

The Helpdesk Analyst will provide Tier I and II level of internal support both in the office and remote via phone and email communication.
Responsibilities :
  • Assist new colleague\contractors with initial login and system access.
  • Escalate priority support issues to senior staff and or corporate technology groups.
  • Prioritize and schedule work as necessary to maintain department service level agreements.
  • Enhances team productivity by helping others.
  • Maintain and monitor department mailbox.
  • Update and maintain tickets in a timely fashion.
  • Works within a small or large systems team and contributes independently.
  • Works with both internal and external group teams
  • Adheres to department policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with business lines and other departments within the organization.
 Required Skills/Experience:
  • 5 years of PC/laptop hardware experience
  • 3 years of Customer Services
  • 3 years printer experience
  • 3 year supporting users in a remote/help desk environment.
  • 3 years support Windows 7/10 in a corporate environment
  • 3 years MS O365 support experience
  • Must be team orientated, have a strong service orientation, and possess strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively while working in a fast-paced demanding environment.
  • Strong Customer Services skills
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to carry up to 50lbs
  • A certification recommended not required.
