Harvard Maintenance Inc is Hiring a Site Manager Near Franklin, TN
Shift Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm
Job Summary:
Primary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Multi-site oversight, will require travel between locations
- Maintain all oversite of staff
- Assign tasks to workers based on job requirements or special assignments
- Perform quality control to conform with Harvard and customer standards
- Train new and existing staff on proper cleaning techniques
- Ensure proper safety equipment and techniques are utilized and adhered to
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the cleaning/janitorial field
- Previous Supervisory experience preferred
- Valid state driver’s license
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Must be able to write basic business documents
Compensation
Harvard is offering a competitive hourly pay rate structure including benefit package with medical, dental, life.
