Harvard Maintenance Inc is Hiring a Service porter Near Fort Lauderdale, FL
Objetivo del puesto :
El portero es responsable de manejar el mantenimiento diario y la vigilancia de nuestro cliente ubicado en Plantation, Florida.
El portero ayudar a la administracin del edificio con todas las solicitudes y proyectos asignados.
Tareas y responsabilidades esenciales :
- Mantener todo el espacio pblico y operativo en todo el edificio / almacn
- Facilitar las reas de plaza o estacionamiento segn se especifique
- Mantener las reas de recepcin y primera impresin
- Mantener el exterior del edificio
- Mantener la limpieza de baos
- Verificar y reponer todos los productos de baos
- Vigilar los huecos de las escaleras todos los das, eliminar el polvo de los huecos de las escaleras de forma semanal, y pasar la mopa hmeda por los rellanos y escalones de las escaleras de forma mensual.
- Responder a solicitudes especiales durante todo el da
Conocimientos y habilidades requeridos :
- Ttulo de escuela secundaria
- Mnimo de 1 ao de experiencia como portero
- Slidas habilidades de comunicacin
- Debe estar dispuesto a trabajar las horas asignadas
Demandas fsicas y entorno de trabajo :
- Capacidad para llevar a cabo conversaciones cara a cara con personas o grupos en todos los niveles profesionales
- Capacidad de levantar 50 libras
- Trabajar cerca de otros
- Trabajar al aire libre en todas las condiciones climticas cambiantes en el rea geogrfica
- Permanecer de pie o caminar, estar sentado, agachado o arrodillado
