HARTZELL INSURANCE is Hiring a Commercial Insurance Account Manager Near Hatfield, PA

Hartzell Insurance Associates in Hatfield, PA has 30 years of experience and is seeking an experienced Account Manager member to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships with clients to inform them of cost saving ideas and coverage to protect their business from today’s risk exposures.

Required skills

  • High School Diploma, Required/ College degree preferred
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License, Required
  • 3 years’ experience working in similar capacity, Required
  • Experience working with AMS360 is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Manage and retain existing book of business
  • Review and process renewals, new policies, and policy changes
  • Thoroughly review all commercial insurance policies for their accuracy
  • Research coverage discrepancies until resolved and communicate changes to insurance company
  • Manage the process of renewal submissions for marketing including application(s), necessary exhibits(s), narrative(s), collection of loss runs and answers to underwriting questions.
  • Submit applications to eligible and appropriate carriers
  • Follow up to ensure timely receipt of quotations and policies.
  • Prepare submissions for company accounts, including new/renewal business, market company accounts as appropriate, prepare and present proposals to client.
  • Develop and maintain working relationship with various companies’ underwriters.
  • Communicate and share information with team members during our weekly meeting.
  • Document all conversations information provided to and/ from clients.
