As the E-commerce Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our growth journey, collaborating closely with Lobster Sports, the world's largest manufacturer of ball machines, and overseeing our multiple European websites. Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and sales.

- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze website performance and user behavior.

- Optimize SEO strategies and utilize SEO tools to improve search engine rankings.

- Conduct conversion optimization techniques to enhance the user experience and increase conversion rates.

-Manage social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.

- Utilize Adobe Photoshop for graphic design tasks related to e-commerce promotions.

- Maintain and update the WordPress website, including HTML5 and CSS coding.

- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic to the e-commerce platform.

- Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and SEO-friendly content.

- Utilize relevant skills such as performance marketing, JavaScript, SQL, and copywriting to enhance the e-commerce platform's performance.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the online shopping experience for customers.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, merchandising, or a related field.

- A minimum of 5-7 years in e-commerce management, demonstrating a track record of both challenges overcome and successes achieved.

- Exhibit professionalism, responsiveness, and a collaborative spirit in all interactions.

- Demonstrate adeptness in navigating Excel functionalities, including pivot tables, formulas, and chart creation.

- View obstacles as opportunities and relish the prospect of devising innovative solutions.

- Possess the ability to elevate product imagery and curate an enticing online storefront.

- Excel in multitasking scenarios, exhibiting composure and efficiency even amidst rapid operational cadences.

- Effortlessly manage deadlines, ensuring all tasks are completed with precision and timeliness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
