**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee and lead our construction projects with an anticipated September 2024 start date. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent project management skills. **Responsibilities:** - Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion - Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients - Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines - Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards - Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly - Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics **Experience:** The ideal candidate should have the following skills and qualifications: - Proficiency in construction management software - Experience with Civil 3D for design purposes - Knowledge of contract administration and negotiation - Strong background in construction management practices - Familiarity with Primavera for project scheduling - Excellent project management skills - Ability to perform construction estimating accurately - Effective time management abilities - Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics This position offers a competitive salary based on experience level.
