Hartland Place Senior Living is Hiring a NOC Caregiver Near Hartland, WI
3rd Shift Caregiver
Hartland Place Senior Living is looking for experienced CBRF Caregivers for our residents. Candidates must be available to work overnight/3rd shift. You must possess a professional and compassionate appearance and attitude. The ideal candidates will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help residents.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with ambulation and mobility
- Assist residents with personal care and hygiene
- Help residents with physical therapy exercises
- Perform housekeeping duties
- Be pleasant and supportive
- Report any unusual incidents
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Skills
- Proven experience as a CBRF Caregiver
- Completion of CBRF training and accredited in the WI CBRF Training Registry (30 days after hire to complete)
- Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid
- Knowledge of housekeeping activities
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
- Respectful and compassionate
- Excellent time management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ethics
- Physical endurance
Requirements
- Must be 18 yrs. old to apply
- Availability to work 3rd shift is a must
- Current TB screening (within one year)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
