Plan, schedule, assign, and supervise the duties associated with lawn care including site and crew management
Ability to operate a variety of equipment including a riding lawn mower, aerators, power tools, trimmers, blowers, and more

Communicate with the lawn care specialists, project managers, customers, and other relevant stakeholders regarding the progress of the job
Highly coachable

Some English or Spanish proficiency
Willingness to wake up at sunrise regularly and work in inclement weather
40 hours a week, typically from Monday to Friday
Some weekend work may occur but it is not typical
Minimum of $22.00 an hour, adjusted for experience
Opportunity for performance based raises every three months
$33.00 an hour overtime pay after 40 hours worked in a 7-day period
