The Ideal Candidate for this Position

We are looking for a barback who works as a team player to provide our guests with prompt and seamless service. The candidate must be efficient, reliable, and perceptive with excellent communication and time management skills. 

What You Will Be Doing

You will be assisting bartenders with opening and closing duties such as preparing restocking garnishes, restocking bottles, ensuring the bar is well stocked with paper goods, cleaning and restocking glassware, help maintain a clean and sanitize bar area, removing garbage, clearing and resetting tables between seatings, as well as other duties needed to the support service in the bar. It is important that our team works in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to coincide with the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.

Job Requirements

• A friendly disposition and the ability to work as a team with others.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. 
• Attention to detail is very important.
• Must be minimum age to serve alcohol. 
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including walking, standing, and lifting heavy items. 
• Previous experience working in a high-volume upscale bar is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle high volume service. 
• Must be able to pass a background check and be drug free. 

Schedule

The schedule is not a Monday-Friday position. Nights and weekends are required. Shifts are usually 5pm-1:00am or We are looking for 3 shifts per week.
