Job Summary 

The Psychiatric Program Manager has overall clinical/administrative responsibility, accountability and authority for the functioning of the assigned program. In collaboration with Program Psychiatrist, who has overall medical/psychiatric authority for patient care, the Psychiatric Program Manager insures that high-quality, cost effective care is delivered by the program. The Psychiatric Program Manager is responsible for ensuring the financial viability of program through referral development and coordination with other hospital services and departments, and provides overall leadership to the program.
