PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN - Get MORE from your career with Hartford HealthCare

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a full-time, Family or Internal Medicine Physician for a multi-provider, outpatient, primary care practice. This position is hybrid, 3 days in the Plainfield, CT office and 2 days virtual telehealth (work from home/remote). The practice office is located on the Rhode Island and Connecticut border in eastern Connecticut.

Position details:

• Primary Care (adults, 18 )
• Full-time, weekdays
• 100% outpatient - 3 days office based, 2 days telehealth/remote
• Infrequent phone call for work/life balance
