Hartford Harley-Davidson, an exclusive Harley-Davidson dealer in East Hartford, CT is looking for a full-time Service Advisor to join our team! Recognized as one of the top dealerships in the country and offers one of the largest inventories of motorcycles, parts and accessories, and MotorClothes® merchandise. Hartford also offers one of the largest and state-of –the-art service departments.

What does a day as a Service Advisor/Writer look like?

• Assist Service Department manager in maintaining smooth running efficient Service Department with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Accept customer motorcycles & identify service needs.
• Up-sell services by pointing out service specials or additional work needed.
• Assign jobs to Service Technicians & schedule work.
• Communicate job status to customers.
• Provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Have fun & enjoy the brand!

Qualifications:

• Automotive/powersports dealership experience preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Motorcycle license preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
