Harter's Fox Valley Disposal is a family owned, multi-generational, growing company. We currently have a full-time opening for an IT/Digital Marketing Professional. The ideal candidate will possess a wide range of skill sets and interests and be ready to help a growing company embrace potential by leading the implementation and administration of all IT related functionalities, including but not limited to, hardware and software support, website development/maintenance and managing social media presence.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of an Associate degree in an IT related field.
• Knowledge of basic technology standard practices, including installation, repair and replacement of servers (virtual and physical), switches, firewalls, and wireless technologies.
• Knowledge of basic remote access service and support, including basic cyber security concepts and implementation.
• Analyze existing systems, hardware and software, to recommend system enhancements.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems, addressing and solving issues as required.
• Knowledge of website development, maintenance and enhancements.
• Proven track record in successful implementation of IT projects with measurable results.
• Basic knowledge of social media outlets, content creation, and maintaining positive presence.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make solid recommendations to leadership.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external clients.

Required Education/Experience:

• Minimum of Associate degree in Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or related field, or commensurate experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in field.
