HART Technologies, Inc. is looking for an entry-level full-time Logistics Analyst to work as a member of our certified design and production team. Candidates who are highly motivated, process-oriented, and capable of learning new software tools are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of team to document and provide support to procurement activities
• Work closely with procurement and technical personnel to track purchasing after ordering through arrival.
• Review incoming shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
• Update order status reports
• Organize incoming materials for release to production.
• Physically deliver items from our Manassas VA office to NSWC Dahlgren once or twice a week.

Required:

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Strong organization skills
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance

Desired:

• Two years experience working in collaborative environment
