Description
HART Technologies, Inc. is seeking an IMS Scheduler/Schedule Analyst, to support program planning and scheduling for our engineering team in Dahlgren, VA. Successful candidates will be the subject matter expert for all program activities related to scheduling and will provide expertise in the development, implementation, and maintenance of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).Candidates who are highly motivated, process-oriented, and attentive to detail are encouraged to apply.

Hybrid work schedule available (60% onsite / 40% remote - weekly).

Responsibilities:

• Document, Develop, Maintain, and analyze multiple project sub-schedules and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) utilizing Microsoft Project.
• Function as a facilitator at all levels throughout the schedule development process and communicate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with project leadership and key stakeholders and multi-disciplinary engineering teams to understand program milestones, plans and resourcing.
• Perform schedule risk assessments, variance analysis, schedule progress monitoring and analysis, and critical path analysis.
• Support schedule presentation and documentation for key stakeholders and leadership at all levels of development.

Required:

• BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or another Scientific/Technical field.
• 2 years of experience in IMS schedule development, analysis, integration, and monitoring are required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in scheduling projects using an industry accepted project scheduling tool. (e.g. Microsoft Project, etc.).
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.

Preferred:

• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
• Experience with OnePager Pro.
• Experience with DoD engineering programs is highly desired.
• Active DOD Security Clearance.
