HART Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Mecahnical/ Electrical / Harness Assembler. This position is in direct support of DoD Projects. Candidates who are mission-oriented, organized, and enjoy a fast-paced team environment, are encouraged to apply for this opportunity.

Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Responsibilities

• Assemble Mechanical chassis and install wiring harnesses and CCA assemblies.
• Assemble and wire various electro-mechanical units.
• Use small hand tools (including but not limited to; screw driver, tweezers, pliers, etc.) to complete box builds, cable/wire assembles and PCB assemblies.
• Perform transactions in the Work Flow Management System (WFM), using a PC to complete shop work orders to locate and review work instructions and standard operating procedures, and Record work hours accurately in the work orders.
• Use bill-of-materials (BOM) and assembly drawings to complete box builds, cable/wire assembles and PCB assemblies.
• May conduct continuity checks on work in process as well as completed work.
• May assist in the packing, boxing or bagging of the finished product.
• Assist with duties such as setting up jobs, prepping components, breaking down job set ups, etc.
• Ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

Required:

• Three (3) years of direct experience
• Basic computer skills
• English writing skills
• United States citizenship
• Eligibility to obtain a DoD security clearance

Desired:

• J-STD-001 Solder Certification
