● Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Education or Administration
● At least five (5) years of teaching experience at the secondary level
● Cultivate and grow a positive school climate with staff and students
● Collaborate and engage staff in the School Improvement Process
● Collaborate and engage staff in a Multi-Tiered System of Support
● Possess the ability to foster the growth of staff members
● Evaluate the performance and effectiveness of instructional practices and staff
● Organize and facilitate building-level in-service and professional development
● Outstanding skills with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.
● Skilled at creating a social media presence
● Must be visible, approachable, and accessible
