Your job purpose :

As Hart Print’s Production Operator, you will play an instrumental role in helping us become rock stars in the packaging world. You’re the guardian of our on-site state-of-the-art digital printers, ensuring that production quality and processes are where they need to be.

This role is made for you if :

• You’re passionate about operating some pretty cool equipment;
• You love learning new technology;
• You like to roll up your sleeves and know how to turn a wrench;
• You would describe yourself as reliable and punctual;
• From can printing to quality control, you’re team oriented and love to hustle!

How you will make an impact:

• Operate a state-of-the-art printer;
• Strive to achieve (and why not surpass!) our daily production objectives;
• Keep our printers in tip-top shape;
• Keep all workstations clean and organized;
• Follow procedures with safety and efficiency;
• Earn your badges: move up the technical ladder with our method of training which uses a game-style approach that encourages continuous improvement and promotes achievement, collaboration and healthy competition.

Knowledge and skills required:

• Good mechanical skills;
• At ease with technology;
• Good communication and ability to work as part of a team;
• Motivated and has a desire to grow;
• Get ahead of the game if you already have a fork-lift license and/or a Diploma in mechanics or in printing.
