Harsha Behavioral Center is hiring a Full Time Dietary Aide to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 5am- 1:30 p.m. morning shift and most often the 11am-7:30pm day shift with weekend rotation required. Candidate must be flexible with scheduling. Candidate must be punctual and dependable. Great starting pay at $14 an hour! Part-time option is also available

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Ability to properly, and safely prepare and handle food items.

· Ability to properly set up, prepare, and disassemble patient food trays.

· Ability to properly and efficiently serve and deliver food to customers in the cafeteria and designated areas (e.g., meetings).

· Ability to properly clean and sanitize food service areas and items.

· Ability to display mature ethics and values.

· Ability to deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers.

· Ability to take action and seize opportunities.

· Ability to maintain composure and manage stress.
