Harry's Lawn and Power Equipment is Hiring a Parts Clerk Near Vancouver, WA
Position now available for a parts-counter associate!
Harry's Lawn and Power provides parts, service, and warranties to Toro, Stihl, Exmark, Scag, Shindaiwa/Echo, and etc.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual responsible for assisting customers with small engine parts needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Must be personable, able to operate a cash register, receive/ship parts, record inventory, and assist at the point of sale.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Maintaining and tracking parts inventory and accessories.
-Maintaining and updating inventory in database.
-Restocking parts and accessories inventory.
-Pulling parts orders for vendors/customers.
-Processing returns from customers to vendors.
-Maintaining accurate tracking records for incoming and outgoing orders -Maintaining accurate records for merchandise warranty returns, PCS returns, and vendor returns.
-Working closely with customers, technicians, vendors and part staff to complete repair/parts requests.
-Troubleshooting inventory issues and develop solutions for managers.
-Collaborating with other team members to resolve customer/vendor issues.
-Maintaining proper filing system for all paperwork corresponding to deliveries, special orders, and parts orders, etc
-Answer and call customers, vendors, and warranters.
Experience with STIHL, Exmark, and Toro equipment preferred but not required.
Hourly pay based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
